14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period In accordance with European Union law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason and without justification. To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@homehault.com within this 14-day window.
Conditions for Returns (Strict Inspection) To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect, resalable condition.

Unused & Unworn: The MySafeLock device must show no signs of use, including scratches, dents, or marks from installation attempts.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all tags and inserts.

Diminished Value: We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility) The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Authorized Returns Only: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit.
Exclusions The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.

Items that have been used or installed on a door.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, you must contact us immediately at contact@homehault.com so that we can evaluate the issue.
How to start a return To start a return, you must contact us at contact@homehault.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the specific return address and further instructions via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be rejected and not refunded.
